Feeling burnout, overwhelmed or anxious can manifest in different ways. At times it might feel you are hyper vigilant, operating in 'threat' mode where your spiralling thoughts create panic, uncertainty and paranoia. At other times the experience can feel paralysing where the simplest of tasks feel unmanageable and it is challenging to plan or action anything. You and your body are in reactive mode. This is temporary.

Working together we grow and nurture your existing resourcefulness! You become further equipped with the psychological tools, the space to get clarity, and the 360 support that you need. You finally feel confident to make the changes you need, hopeful for what is ahead, and in control of how to proceed. You are now operating proactively. Your new cognitive framework is permanent. 

About you 

  • You are feeling completely overwhelmed with what is happening in your life and it is negatively impacting your personal and/or professional functioning and capacity. You are heading towards, or in the midst of burnout.  I meet you exactly where you are. You feel heard, seen and understood. Our initial conversation enables you to see there is a way through this and your perspective immediately shifts toward what is possible from here. 
  • You need help to disperse the constant stream of thoughts and over thinking. Working together, you develop the strategies and cognitive frameworks to stop the spiral.
  • You no longer want to feel paralysed with fear and vulnerability: Through our sessions you develop inner safety mechanisms and practical strategies to feel centred and equipped to handle situations arising. 
  • You are experiencing a challenging time in your work place that is causing distress, and you need confidential support and space to help navigate it. I offer regular sessions and multi-dimensional support where we process this together, implement proven strategies and co-create an action plan that benefits you, your professional wellbeing and your personal life. 
  • You need a safe space where you can be honest about your feelings and fears: Together, we use a blend of coaching and psychological exercises where you identify your key issues, create internal security and find a way forward that you feel ready to implement.
  • Access to a support system and 'check in's' on your progress is important to you. I offer scheduled calls, and text or email support between sessions, for those critical moments of panic and overwhelm.

How it works

  1. We schedule a chemistry session online where we talk more about your personal needs and goals, and you will experience what it will be like to work with me.
  2. This initial call will already result in a significant shift forward in your emotional and mental clarity. If we both feel this is a good fit to continue working together, we proceed to confirming the next steps.
  3. You will receive a welcome packet detailing our coaching agreement, an online link for your first session, and a personalised link to a pre-session discovery form to complete before we next meet.
  • All sessions are conducted online or telephone. 
  • Depending on your individual needs we tailor the number of sessions per month.
  • Coaching packages include email and text support between sessions.
